The Syntegra-360 Story
Syntegra Change Architects was founded in Trinidad and Tobago in 2010 to help organizations navigate complex strategic change. Over 15 years, the practice evolved from change management into comprehensive governance advisory—culminating in our team's contribution to developing ISO 37000, the international standard for organizational governance.
In 2022, we launched Syntegra-360 as our dedicated governance practice, integrating everything we'd learned about purpose-driven organizational transformation with the ISO standards framework we helped create.
In 2025, we established Meaningful Governance Advisory OÜ in Estonia to serve international clients through an EU-incorporated entity—offering GDPR compliance, digital efficiency, and European regulatory alignment while maintaining the same team, methodology, and commitment to meaningful governance.

Dr. Axel Kravatzky serves as founding director across Syntegra Change Architects, Syntegra-360, and Meaningful Governance Advisory. As Vice-Chair of ISO/TC 309 (Governance of Organizations) and convenor of the working group that created ISO 37000, he ensures every engagement—regardless of which entity contracts it—meets the same rigorous standards.
